During the season first, Dr. Gregory House is a medical genius and is a head at the fictional Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital at New Jersey. Most episodes of the first season started somewhere outside the hospital showing the life and symptoms of that week’s patient and finally the doctors’ attempts to treat the patient. Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital’s Dean Lisa Cuddy, from whom he always has a trouble while getting the permission to perform some medical processes. The trouble or misunderstanding usually occur when the medical processes include some risks and are ethically doubtful. Then there is another character in the season 1, Billionaire Edward Vogler who has the desire to purchase Princeton Plainsboro and to fire House as an economy measure. Stacy Warner, House’s ex-girlfriend whose husband may be dying and Stacy’s hanging around presence will vex our hero throughout the second season of the series.
Season first, the successful season was premiered on 11-16-2004 and the season got an Emmy Award for the series writer-producer David Shore, honoring his teleplay for the episode “Three Stories”. Season finale ‘Honeymoon’ was aired on 5-24-2005.
